Returning Employees
If you worked for Searchmont Resort during the 2009/2010 season and are planning on returning for the winter 2010/2011 season, you must fill out the returning staff form and submit via email or fax before September 20th, 2009.
Employee Benefits and Discount Program
For all full time employees who commit to a full season at Searchmont Resort, the skiing and riding is free. You'll receive a complimentary season pass. The staff pass is also each employee’s passport to a variety of deals that includes discounts of up to 50% off food, up to 25% off skis, snowboards and other retail items, 25% off rentals, 50% off private lessons and free group lessons.
